Experience with IATA, Galileo and Amadeus will be an added advantage, as well as Accounting Experience. Experience : 2 – 5 Years in similar environment, well-travelled Individual. Adventurous and Highly Creative. Contract Type : Fixed Term Contract. Contract Duration : 2 Years. Probation : 3 Months.

Functions /Key Results Expected • Successful Management and Implementation of the company’s operational framework and execution of the company’s work plan. • Ability to create and manage operational budgets. • Ability to coordinate between management and executive in the company. • Ability to create a proper operational framework and grow the company’s profit margins. • Assesses project performance to identify success factors and incorporates best practices into project work. • Participates in the formulation of profitable project proposals and ensures substantive rigor in the design and application of proven successful approaches and drafts proposals accordingly. • Building Strategic Partnerships and alliances within the travel and tourism industry, nationally, regionally and internationally. • Ability to plan and organise effectively. • Promoting Corporate Learning and Knowledge Sharing and basic research.

Additional Information • Excellent analytical, communication and reporting skills, both written and oral. • Fluency in English and South Africa Languages is essential.
